As an experienced and professional salesperson, I had the opportunity to establish Secil Campus (Academy) at Seçil Rubber. Under my leadership and with the support of professional mentors, we created an educational process system, including in-house lessons customized to the specific needs of the company and each employee.
Apart from my work at the academy, as the temporary managing director in Germany, I increased the company's sales by approximately 3 million € in a short time. I also opened new international cooperation opportunities and trained new sales personnel for the company.
