I love to create new rubber projects and I have been doing this successfully in different countries since 2002.

Flocked Sliding Window Seal

  • For the flocked seal project in the sliding window sector, I was the project leader, overseeing research, development, and marketing at every step. Today, the flocked seal is used in many projects. For reference, please contact IQ Aluminium (Decueninck).

Concrete Pipe Seals

  • I established the cooperation between Seçil and DS Dichtungstechnik GmbH in 2003.

  • Together, we developed the Co-Ex Integrated seal for the Turkish market, complying with DIN Standard approvals.

  • With these seals, we achieved a turnover of 4 million € within three years, which later increased to 6 million €. For reference, please contact Nail Ergenekon (co-worker at Seçil).

EU-Patent Connector Seal

Under my leadership, by hiring the right people with the right skills, we expanded Seçil's sales and product portfolio for pipe seals in the EU and other countries.

We developed new patented products, including:

  • Angele Seal

  • Spigot

  • GRP

  • Corrugated pipe seals

  • Manhole Vertical Load Seal

Russian Market 

  • With a management decision, our Russian office was closed. Together with our team, we created a new network of 18 distributors across different territories of Russia within one year.

  • We increased production tonnage at the Belarus factory from 60 tons to 300 tons per month.

Some Remarkable Activities

There have been so many activities over the last 20 years that it's not easy to write them all down.

I have established new sales channels, distributors, and partnerships in different countries. Some of the countries where I have achieved results include Germany, Poland, Belgium, Portugal, Hungary, Spain, Dubai, China, Egypt, Ukraine, Russia, and the USA.

I have conducted sales activities in various sectors, including windows and doors, white goods, infrastructure, industrial, automotive (tier one), energy, and more.

I led sales activities to aluminum system suppliers worldwide, resulting in winning many alu-system suppliers in Asia, the EU, and Turkey.

As a sales representative or manager, I have never caused any losses during my responsibilities. I continuously monitored and balanced sector, country, product, market, and payment risks to create a stable future for Seçil Company.

I worked closely with the R&D department on many important recipies, approvals and developments, achieving results such as RAL certification, MFPA Dortmund, DIN EN 681-1, Kiwa, Benor, Ä°lbank, and TSE approvals. For reference, please contact Sedat Egezer, R&D Manager.
